Hiring manager reached out via LinkedIn. Interviewed with Sr. level executives and peers in NYC and Florida. Hiring manager changed job description and qualifications several times. Did not finalize the details through HR department. Received offer lower than current pay, was not confident in the stability of the organization and declined the offer.

If you were faced with the decision to hire someone that was extremely intelligent and a leader in their field but had a low emotional IQ would you hire them?
Very thorough interview experience, all people were friendly, organized and structured. I did a few case studies and group interviews which were all reasonable and interesting to be involved with and learn from.
