I applied online at Sneaker Jobs & within 2-3 days I was called for the 1st interview with the manager & assistant manager first & then called a few days after to a second interview which was a group interview with the same interviews but two other candidates. After the second interview, about 2 hours I received a call saying I been offered the job. I recommend being upbeat even if you nervous & just show you really want the job for reasons besides a discount.

The interview setting is a group interview. Everyone was dressed somewhat casually and in their favourite sneakers. We were interviewed by the store manager and an assistant manager in both English and French since it was in Quebec. The questions were relatively easy, and it was easy to get your personality out there in this kind of environment.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
