J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foot Locker (El Paso, TX) en févr. 2016
Entretien
It's was a group interview with about 10 other people. They weren't even good questions, it was more of a conversation than an interview. I'm pretty sure it was just to feel you out and then you would get the real interview but still horrible experience none the less.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
