The process was divided into three steps:
1 - Interview with the manager
2 - Interview with the manager and a Customer Success Manager/People & Culture Coordinator.
3 - A case study with the manager and another member of their management team + a chat with the COO

Entretien
The interview was based on a couple rounds. The first round was a phone call vibe check. The second round involved the Hiring Manager and the person currently in the role and the third round involved a case study.
