The manager asked me about my work experience. They they asked me to talk about myself, why I might be good for the job. Finally they offered an hourly salary.

Walked in to talk with the manager, exchanged hello with a few employees, and was shown around the store. It was pretty laid-back and chill. I was told what I would need and what I would have to bring, about how often I can take breaks, how early to check in, etc.
