The hiring process includes taking an exam, which was really difficult and each job title has a minimum score the applicant must meet. If you didn't pass the exam, say goodbye to focus global, but if you did, you will proceed to more exams. After passing it comes the interviews. The first one was with the HR, and she asked typical questions, after which comes the department boss. I was able to finish both, which happened on a separate day. Then comes the screening for the final interview. Thinking that the dept head liked me, i got my hopes up, she told me she was gonna endorsed me to the Vp or something, but she took it back after talking to someone saying that the applicants are still need to be the screened. So they are going to update me on my application regardless of the results the week after. And they did not. It just saddens me that i wasn't updated regardless of the results. It says a lot about they handle people.
