Asked to come and give interview on basic knowledge and projects in ur college .After that you get selected and go for another round of interview.after that thet will provide offer letter to get agreement paper from court and signed by both party.

There were 3 round of interview in which 1st round conducted by hr and second by senior and 3rd by MD total time taken by the interview was about 3 to 4 hrs.
