Met the customer service manager asked a few questions about my resume and my work history. Asked me to give her 3 references. I don't believe any were called. They hired me a few days later.

Easy peasy, lemon squeeze me. Very straightforward and friendly people. Helpful. Calm and relaxed. No pressure whatsoever . They sit you down and ask you basic questions that are asked in any other interview. I enjoyed it.
