J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flywheel
Entretien
Multi-round, standard questions, but highly disorganized -- had to constantly prod them to get feedback/advance to next stages. Company as a whole seems like a small group of people who wear multiple hats and who seem to be making it up as they go. Salary offered was -- in the words of another reviewer on here -- heinous. They will try to convince you that working overtime is an expectation on this pittance of a salary. Don't believe them -- I found a job that pays 3x at a competitor weeks after this interview process. (Happy to provide referrals to this company if anyone wants one.) If Flywheel rejects you, just know that it very likely has nothing to do with you -- they are small (and shrinking) players doing old-school work in an industry that is rapidly outgrowing them.
The process consisted of an initial phone interview to discuss my qualifications, an assignment, and a Skype interview. I was asked to complete a short medical writing assignment and submit a few examples of my own. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
