The interview stages were well-structured , starting with an initial screening, followed by a technical assessment and a final interview with the hiring manager. The questions were relevant to the role and gave me a chance to talk through real scenarios I’ve handled. I appreciated how the interviewer actively listened and made the conversation feel more collaborative than rigid.
