The whole interview process isn't clear from the onset. It honestly felt like they were not seriously recruiting for anyone and this was just a formality they had to do. At first, the scheduled group interview was canceled and postponed indefinitely. The recruiters ignore any attempt to follow up in the process. At some point they even sent us an erroneous interview invitation for a different position from the one we applied for. A month later, we were contacted for a group interview which we were notified would take 60 minutes. After the group interview, we were informed that feedback would be expected in a week but there was radio silence only for them to send regret emails 2 weeks later.
