While the interview itself was conducted professionally, there was a significant issue that I feel needs to be addressed. The position discussed during the interview was different from the one advertised, which led to a waste of my time and effort preparing for a role that was not actually available. On a positive note, the interviewer was highly professional, courteous, and well-prepared. She conducted the interview smoothly and was able to provide clear and concise information about the company and its operations. Despite this, the discrepancy between the advertised position and the actual role discussed was disappointing and resulted in an unproductive experience for me. Overall, while I appreciate the professionalism displayed during the interview, the mismatch between the advertised role and the actual position discussed was a significant drawback that affected my perception of the recruitment process at Fluor.
