Interview wasn't very intense at all. It was conducted over the phone and kind of brief, but focused. The interviewer was very polite throughout the entire process. Overall it was very simple and short.

Easy when there is contingency operation, not so easy now. They are currently laying off and you have a multitude of employees that were not qualified for the job they held. It is hard to get others to do anything outside what they were hired for.
