I work on a contract basis, and have a CV that shows I have worked for many of the major 'oil and Gas' contracting companies. Many of them a number of times. I usually get taken on on the strength of my CV. If I don't live up to expectations I am 'let go'

After applying to the company job portal, I was asked to come for Face to Face Interview with the recruiting manager followed by HR Personnel and then after a few weeks i was informed that i was selected for so and so position and should be report to work at a particular date

I had a walk in interview in which they shortlisted me whon my CV. This was followed by a technical round and then the HR round. I got through all the rounds and was selected
