Went to the location after no response to online applications that were submitted over a year period. Walked into the building escorted with a current employee, and dropped my resume off to the department I was seeking a career in. Initial iterviews were conuducted over the phone. then In person and over the phone again.

Lengthy and convoluted. Interviewed 3x with the same people, and each time was told I would "hear something soon" before going a month between communications. Once I received the offer, I was not told I would be delayed for 6 weeks for additional screening, testing and some training before being fully hired.
