i was referred to by the VFX Supervisor and was interviewed the next day because they needed an FX Artist for the project. The interview was casual. They reviewed my demoreel and asked questions on the procedures and my contributions for the shots i have presented. I was then still employed with another studio so they gave me some time allowance before i start in the company. I think maybe almost a week i got hired and started with a project.
