I interviewed in the summer of 2020. I was scouted on LinkedIn after I shared that I had been laid off due to the pandemic. We had a phone interview or two which went well and she was still figuring out how to scale up her biz and hire the first employee. We met in person in San Diego, CA for a final interview where she told me she would be letting me know on Monday who she would extend the offer to but she ended up ghosting me. I sent emails, called, left a voicemail within two weeks of not hearing back but no answer.
