Came away from the interview process feeling like it wasn't a particularly well-organised or purposeful exercise. The questions had little bearing on the role being advertised, and there were early indications that internal interest may have already shaped the outcome before anyone sat down. The company seems to recruit continuously, and reading through other reviews here, the pattern of vague role expectations and high turnover appears consistent. Probably not the opportunity it presented itself as — and in hindsight, that's fine.
