Extremely disorganized. I was invited for an in-person interview and then invited to a zoom interview. No one ever showed up to the zoom interview and didn't respond to my follow up email. Then received an email from someone else telling me they would make their decision soon - obviously no one was communicating that they completely ghosted me.
