The interview was done remotely. There was a fellow administrator in his field who asked me multiple questions about the job. He was nice and I spent more time asking him questions about the job than he spent asking me questions.

It was a Microsoft Teams meeting with 4 people. I think only 2 of them actually asked or said anything. One of them said the interview process might take months.
