It was a pretty standard interview process. I applied online and was asked to give a time for an on campus interview after they reviewed my resume. The interview itself was between two managers at the company and myself, in which they asked pretty standard questions.

It's basically a recorded interview via some third party company. You go into their website, they post questions on the screen and you have around 3 min to answer each question. These answers get submitted and they send you an offer.
