Hired from within on the company website Taleo. Entire process took between 4 to 5 weeks due to the holidays. When I first joined the department, it was as a temporary employee and after 6 months I had all my benefits. It's a job that has been downsized due to technology; however, it offers a great schedule and lots of independence.
