They called and asked me "screening questions" Which were simply "Are you planning to move to Tampa?" "Are you planning to further your education?" "Are you interested in finance?"
They told me there was a zoom call to give me info on the company and that I should dress professionally.
(In my experience there are 3 red flags there. 1. No real substance to the "screening" 2. The info sounds a lot like you're trying to sell me something and 3. If a company tells me to dress professionally, It shows they're calling just anyone who applies back)

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
