The process was quite simple, it consisted of an info session, a phone interview and then a video call interview. The company culture was very apparent from the info session. It did not seem as though the employees put much thought into their clients portfolios, but rather focused on how many clients they could get. The phone interview was great, I was interviewed by a kind young gentleman, he seemed to be very empathetic. The final interview was given by the CEO, who seemed like he would rather be anywhere but in that interview, he was checking his phone, emails, browsing around on his computer. I understand that he is a busy individual, but his dismissive behavior left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
