Pretty standard interview with supervisor, potential future colleague via zoom, hr manager. CEO was able to join as well. Two initial virtual interviews and then they prefer you come in for a third.

I clicked right away with the team manager, and she even swore in my initial interview. It didn’t much bother me, but what did bother me was the fact that they offered me a position on a Friday, sent over the paperwork and asked me to turn it in on the following Monday. On Saturday at around 10pm, I happened to check my personal email to find an EMAIL to tell me they were retracting their offer because they decided to go in a “different direction”. I requested a phone call, however I never heard from the CEO/COO again. Thank goodness I hadn’t quit my job yet. Word of advice? Grow a pair if you are going to make redacting employment offers a general business practice.
