Three different rounds of interviews over the course of a month. Met with the several employee members, each lasting an hour.
Was considered a strong candidate and they were communicative throughout the interviewing process, they even messaged on a holiday. Then, it was radio silence. Gave them a few days and reached out for an update. Two hours later received an automated rejection email...
Seriously? Candidates take time out of their day/current jobs for these interviews, spending time prepping for them and researching the company. FloWater's team can't even be bothered to send a rejection email from an ACTUAL person after almost making it to the last round? They claim they have a "startup energy" even though they're well established for over 15 years, that should've been my first red flag.
Very disappointed in how the hiring team handled this. Candidates are not a number on your desk, we're real people who take time and energy to participate in extensive interviews with your company. Do better.
