J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flixster en juil. 2013
Entretien
Was called by a recruiter and an interview was scheduled pretty quickly. The office at the time had a weird environment -- no one seemed to talk to one another in the break room.
One interviewer didn't understand the software I worked on no matter how simply I explained it to her. She didn't understand how a developers tool could conceivably have bugs.
The technical portion of the interview was hostile: two guys grilled me for about an hour and a half and would move from one question to the next. They gave me a coding question I couldn't figure and asked me supplemental questions that did not lead toward solving it -- I had the feeling they were expounding what I didn't know either to me or to each other.
The entire process took 5 hours during which I was given a 30 minutes for lunch which was not provided by the company.
Immediately on getting an offer, I was pressured to do a background check that asked for copies of paycheck stubs. I'm not sure if this is still a practice but I remember feeling fishy about it.
