Entretien
1st Round - HR Manager (MS Teams call)
2nd Round - Head of Safety (MS Teams call)
3rd Round - Head of Business Dev (MS Teams call + Case Study)
4th Round- UK Managing Director (onsite interview)
Process took 2 months. HR communicated well thoughout, however I had multiple interviews reschedulded at short notice.
Feedback:
- Interviewers were all friendly and easy to talk to.
- Three interviews before meeting the hiring manager seemed like overkill. A lot of repetition.
- The interview process didn't really make me feel like flixbus was a particularly great place to work. Even at the fourth round, the interview was one-way.

Round 3: Case study - Investment case for building a tunnel to replace an exisiting road.
Round 4: Summarise achievements, "If you had your time again, would you change your career/experience", Behavioural questions.

Horrible experience!
I applied online, for an "operations manager" position.
I received an email from a bot stating my profile was short listed, when I went to schedule time to meet with recruiter, website stated timeslots were filled....
Then I had to forward this information to the recruiter for them to schedule my interview.
I spoke with the recruiter and towards the end of initial screening call we discussed salary and recruiter mentioned "I will check with my manager to see if this can be approved" - Never got back to me and just proceeded to schedule the next round.
Following round I met with hiring manager who wasnt even paying attention to me. He mentioned I had spoken with recruiter and was told we "agreed" on terms which wasnt the case...
Then i was moved onto second round once again no mention of salary. Your company is a waste of time and i Hope you found the right candidate you probably low-balled that will quit in 3 weeks.

First round interview I was told I was being put through to next stage, that got arranged, then they cancelled it saying it would be rescheduled. It never was and they ignored all attempts to contact them. Emailed me 6 weeks later saying the position had been filled. Embarrassing and unprofessional company.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Despite having scheduled an interview, they failed to show up on three separate occasions, leaving me waiting each time. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a potential employer, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
