3 rounds of interview, first is PI and then HR round and then Managerial round.
HR and Managerial rounds are bit tricky. You have to answer questions with valid logic.
They are testing how good you are at thinking and how you handle if a irate customer is there.

They just asked about introduction and all that, along with some behavioural questions, interviewer was kind, he asked a lot of questions like education background, previous experience, wfh or office preference, availability
