Had an initial informal conversation with an executive at the company that led to three follow up interviews. Each person was very engaged and asked great questions. I immediately felt very welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered the office.

The questions were all very much related to how I would directly apply my experience to the position as if I was already working. They were thought provoking, though I wouldn't call them difficult.
