There was a series of three phone calls or skype interviews, from recruiter, to team manager, to department head. All of the conversations were straight forward with easy to answer questions.

Very easy and very quick process, I started within a week. Had a quick interview with someone from the Montreal location and within a few days I was interviewing with the 2 bosses and 2 managers.
