Once I applied over LinkedIn through Recruiter, I was called in to check on skills and other normal details. Post this I was scheduled for 1:1 with senior person (not taking name to avoid damaging reputation) and then post HR round (formality), the actual conversation took place and then got a call 2 days letter to discuss offer

Entretien
The entire process took 3-4 hours. I waited at their reception area
1st round was taken by the HR
2nd round was taken by the HR head
3rd round was taken by the Project manager
4th round by the COO and he takes minimum of 1 hour for the discussion.
Result was declared on the next day over call
