Very simple interviewing process. There were two very relaxed interviews with two different levels of managers. As long as you know the basics of interviewing you can get this job

A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We spoke for about 10 mins. Next week my profile was approved for the interview process! Both interviews are behavioral based with 2-3 analytical questions. Total of 9 questions for both interviews. Interviewers were energetic! And relatively young in their careers at Flexport. Recruiter reached out at the end of the week with an offer!

Contractor through Execusource. 1 interview and offer came right after. Flexport treats contractors better than most companies. Great start for an early Supply chain/Logistics professional. Applied through Execusource out of Atlanta, Georgia back in April of 2020
