The Flexport team was really easy to communicate with and very accommodating of my schedule. I was a referral so my process differed slightly, but the interview process typically starts with an initial skype or phone screening. Afterwards, there were 2 onsite rounds (one with team members on the Ops team, the VP of Operations and the COO; the second with the CEO, Ryan). I have read the previous reviews that people were re-scheduled last minute or their interviewer seemed a bit unprepared. Although I did not have this experience, I think people need to understand that this is a start-up. The company is growing really rapidly so people are wearing many hats (meaning they are doing their normal jobs and acting as recruiters!) If you want to a company with a great interview process and no growth potential, look somewhere else. If your okay with going with the flow and being part of a great team, then look here!
