The asked design challenge for free ideas, don't waste your time! They brought me to the final virtual onsite, spoke highly of my projects and the design challenge, but gave me the rejection the next day for no reason. I feel I wasted my time with this company.

Interview process is pretty standard with previous comments and fits what was mentioned on their website: phone call with recruiter then hiring manager and a 4 hours virtual onsite: intro to Flexport and the team which was nice + portfolio presentation with a product panel (hiring manager, 2 team members, 1 engineer and 1 PM) + whiteboarding exercise + series of 1:1 with the hiring manager, PM and engineer. No mutual fit from both sides. The interview process was well organized but like other comments got ghosted by the manager or the recruiter. Even though the outcome is no surprise, it is disappointing to ghost candidates after the onsite for a company like Flexport.
