The set-up of the interview was smooth, I was approached by HR for an initial screening call followed quickly by a call with the hiring manager. The interview with the manager was cordial and vey well organized. At the end of the interview, he indicated that there was another senior manager within Flexport he would like for me to speak with and that HR will help coordinate. That was over 2 weeks ago and there has been complete silence since. I have reached out to HR and the hiring manager requesting what the next steps would be, however no reply or acknowledgement of having even read my message. Extremely disappointed with the follow-up. If they did not want to proceed with my application, would have appreciated that they would at least informed me rather than stringing me along
