-I applied through Linkedin.
-Received an email to book an interview.
-The recruiter called without following the schedule on a random day.
-I had to reach to receive an update.
-Received an appointment for a video interview.
-The interviewer rushed during the interview and seemed to be anxious and running, I did not like the experience.
-I never received feedback.

3 rounds: hr, peer, and mgr.
The overall process was smooth. The recruiter was really responsive and helpful. The only down side was the leader took weeks to make a final decision probly because he was interviewing many candidates in the meantime.

The interview was roughly 15 min long which includes
the interviewers 7 minute tardiness. I know I didn’t interview well but clearly the employee was having a bad day as her attitude very much reflected so which I’m turn, made me more nervous.

Whoever my interviewer was, she shouldn't be doing this job. These days you expect to have a conversation, rather than someone simply reading standard cliched questions of the list and reading (again, no attempt to make it casual) the information about the company directly from the About section of their website.
