Was scheduled for a phone screen last Friday by the recruiter. The recruiter never ended up calling, and I wasted my 30 minute lunch sitting around. Followed up twice several days after and no response. I think Flexport is a really cool company, but the interview process was incredibly unprofessional. I understand if you're busy or simply no longer interested. A simple email would have sufficed.

For the phone screen, very common behavioral questions. However, it was not that great of an experience. My recruiter sounded uninterested the whole time. The mic sounded like it was far and I heard noises that sounded like someone was making coffee.
