AVOID THIS PLACE.Going no where until they fix their culture
Was introduced via a recruiting team.
First round is a Recruiter.
Hes going to ask basic questions and then end the interview by warning you that
1. Flexport is not interested in making ANY changes
2. Flexport just wants someone to do the job and maintain the situation
Onsite: GM, Director of Sales, SDR
More basic questions. Nothing to indicate an understanding for the role
Everyone spends time telling me how they need to improve, how they want to push the value and find the marketplace
Feedback was unorganized, not at all related to my interview.
Not one person took notes
I would have passed first if they wouldnt have beaten me to the rejection.
They remind me of other companies who have raised large rounds but no longer exist because they had to sell themselves.
Their recruiting team seems to be very disorganized and everyone in the interview felt like I was the 1000th interview of the day.
No energy. Unprofessional lobby. The people at the front desk were very focused on gossiping with the people who would visit them to talk about their personal life.
In the end, they were unprofessional and lacked attention to details that one would expect from a business attempting to change the way Logistics works
