First there was a phone call which lasted about 15 minutes. Basic info; what do you do at your current job, etc. The following day I received an email inviting me to do a 1 hour skype interview with 3 people. The day of the video interview, I spoke with 2 people and the 3rd person was trying to video call me just a few minutes into my session with the second person. I don't think I was supposed to hang up on my current session so I did not. As soon as I was done with the second person I tried to video call the 3rd person and they were just gone and never made an called back into the session which was very odd. The whole thing seemed very unorganized. The initial email said it would be 1 hour long. You then you get an email from someone else stating that it will be 2 hours. Seems like they are not on the same page and it showed the day of the video interview. Each person I spoke to was very very nice but I thought it was funny that they were explaining to me what freight forwarding is even though I have a decade experience in the freight forwarding industry. I guess they did not read my resume either..
