I applied through career site from school. Then I got an email from the recruiter with 5 questions that I needed to answer. Then 2 days later scheduled a phone screen. After hone screen, scheduled the on site interviews. Asked behavioral questions. Two case study questions like how to figure out the batter rate (air or ocean) for customer; and how to handle when carton missing. Nothing too crazy. I heard back from them promptly and they provided some feedback.
