Entretien
Had a brief onsite to meet with a Director of Sales and was invited back for a formal interview with two employees (about 1 hr each). If all went well, they would have then invited me back for a sales pitch/presentation as the final round. Flexport did an amazing job with prepping for each interview with a detailed and thought-out email. When they decided to not move forward, the interview feedback was very little/non-existent.

1 phone interview leading to 2 face-to-face interviews conducted back to back.
The phone interview was purely a standard screener.
The face-to-face was with one sales manager, and one account manager as they operate on a team basis there. The VP of Sales (or similar title) is typically included in this as well I understand.

Question 1
Why are you interested in supply-chain management
Are you a hustler
What's your sales style
Describe some of your best deals
Pretty standard interview questions but I got the sense I as being judged in the way / confidence with which I answered them
Have your work and performance history fine-tuned, have anecdotal stories for every position you've had, come across as a hustler and you'll be ok.
