One phone interview with a recruiter who seemed very excited about the prospect of me joining their team. This was for a Senior PM role. The interviewer provided me with information on the company and some basic details on the role, but couldn’t answer any of the questions I had (said they are great questions and they’ll get answers for me from the hiring manager). But I didn’t hear back from them after that.
A recruiter reached out to schedule an interview and asked about generic HR questions. The recruiter mentioned the application will be reviewed by the hiring manager and will update me by a certain date whether the hiring manager wants to move forward. Unfortunately the recruiter never came back with an update. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience given the time and effort the candidate invested to prepare for the interview.
