I applied online and got invited to a first interview, followed by a take-home task with six projects! It felt like they were just mining ideas from candidates! After that, I made it to a third-stage interview, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The interviewer was incredibly rude and seemed full of himself, which really showed the poor company culture. It was frustrating to see such a lack of respect and organisation throughout the process. Honestly, I don’t think I’d want to work in an environment like that!
