To all my SF Bay Area HR professionals, pay attention to the red flags from this HR Team. I applied for this position and received a rejection the very next day. (No Interview) It is not clear what specific qualifications or criteria were being prioritized. The job listing indicated 10+ years of experience and certification as requirements, with no stated degree requirement. Based on my HR experience and Master’s degree (certification in process) , I believed I was a strong fit or they could have at least offered an interview. The position has since been removed, which makes the outcome even less clear. In situations like this, more specific feedback would be helpful rather than automated rejection emails, as it would allow candidates to better understand any gaps and improve for future opportunities.
