Primer Contacto con RH despues un entrevista directa con tu posible manager. La entrevista varia mucho dependiendo de que vayas a hacer ya que este cargo es generico y puede que solo te pregunten cosas sencillas hasta un examen de conocimientos tecnicos

Interview was done by 3 steps:
1. It was a physical interview done by IT manager
2. After IT manager I was interviewed by IT Director
3. Last step was an interview by It Senior Director

I was a current employee in Flextronics but different location, they open the requisition and then called me for a series of face to face conversations, then another series of face to face negotiations with the Human Resource Departmen

In the technical space, really no question at all, was really surprise how they handle that piece. They were more focus on the personal space, surprising at the end they don't care about that neither.
