The process was very causal. Doesn't seem to be orgnized and well thought out. Lots of the questions are random ones, so you just have to prepare for everything. And some of the questions are not related to the job.
The process started with an initial call with HR. Although I didn’t pass this round and am not familiar with the next steps, the HR representative was polite and professional, and the overall experience was positive.
