I started the recruitment process with Lyndsey who was really helpful and informative from the outset. She had a great depth of knowledge and really sold the firm to me even more just from a quick phone call. Although I had the usual interview nerves, the interview flowed really nicely with Michelle. She was really friendly and this put me at ease. The interview consisted of being asked questions in relation to my experience and knowledge of the PI post-issue process. I was also provided with material prior to the interview and was asked questions in relation to the same. I heard back with a job offer within a couple of hours and I couldn’t be more pleased!

The interview took place over Microsoft Teams with the team leader. It took around 30 minutes in total and I was asked various questions regarding my experience, my personality, and my knowledge of clinical negligence.
