I applied on my own initiative without a published job position and shortly afterwards had an interview with the Heads of practice . After this I had an in person interview at their office in Berlin.

Il colloquio è avvenuto nell'ambito di una career fair, è stato dunque del tutto informale. Nonostante ciò, i recruiter sono stati molto professionali e disponibili nel presentare tutte le offerte e spiegare il processo di selezione

Interview was being held by 2 people from their HR. Standard Interview structure, where they introduced themselves bevore they asked me to walk them through my cv. Afterwards told me something about the company and specifically the internship. Also asked me to assess some current political events.
