I applied online and got really quick feedback ->that they don't think I am fully qualified for this role, and they have something else to offer me. As it was good to me, we set date for the interview. The interview was held at the office in Munich. During the interview, I got information about the company and got information about all the questions I asked. It was really pleasant and stressless.

When I joined the company the recruitment process was as follows: 1. You would have a "Social Fit" interview with one of the members were you would get the chance get to know the company better, ask questions about the product and the company itself. 2. You would afterward receive a technical challenge (which I found very creative and fun). If you have the time you can do it in one day, but there was no hard deadline. 3. Then you would have the "Technical Interview" with the CTO where you would talk about the challenge, which technologies and areas you're most interested in and it's a great chance to learn about the technical aspects of the job. 4. And then comes the last step. I got invited to the office in Munich, for 2 trial weeks. It was quite challenging but fun and interesting at the same time. They were transparent and it's the perfect chance for you to see and feel what it would be like to work in fleetster. The plane tickets were paid by the company and accommodation (close to the office) was provided as well. The HR and the team were very helpful throughout the whole process. The 2 trial weeks were quite intensive since there is a lot to learn about the product and all the various processes the development team has. You will definitely be outside your comfort zone and that might be too much for some.
